Roleplay Methods, Writing Practices, Storyline Conventions
General guidelines:
This site is about our fictional characters from the game Popmundo, role-playing rock and roll stars, and the world they live in.
It has character biographies and assets, role-play standards, game related resources and player-character networking.
We document their little virtual existence with written stories that tell about their often crazy adventures and experiences.

His individual conditions:
Narrative story line RP is preferable, though *action* style is also fine. No first person point of view, it makes my brain ache. Expect my typical replies to be long, descriptive and detailed, near to or at maximum character count. I ask that OOC messages are at the end of IC content, or separate, and be concealed using spoiler tagging.
I am not the quickest to respond, expect scenes to take quite some time to be completed (if they ever actually are). I use this as a means to build descriptive snap shots of moments in time for characters and situations, not a contiguous stream of events. I also use blogs, blog comments, character statements, game entries, events and actions, along with OOC discussion to further evoke storyline development. I am happy to get scenes from anyone, feel free to message my characters with any appropriate start-up you might wish. Please bear in mind that if it involves significant IC drama or writing taking control of my character's actions on your part, contact me first OOC, so we can reach some agreed arrangement of what is acceptable. |
